The opening of Mihailo's new quartet 'Star Factory'

 Today is a good day to celebrate the work of Mihailo Trandafilovski. We are playing his work at the South London Gallery tonight-the first of two events this week that he has masterminded, bringing living composers and young performers together in a unique environment. For the past few days we have been rehearsing his new quartet, Star Factory, which we will premiere tonight. It is a brilliant demonstration of his control over the resources of the quartet, seen from his unique point of view-sitting inside one!
