Preludes & Vollenteries: What is it!?

After three months of walking, practising, researching and many inspiring conversations, I can now be clear. Starting in Autumn of this year, a series of salon events in 22 of the extraordinary City churches, between Aldgate and the Fleet Street. This project responds to the artistry and history of these extraordinary buildings with music from the period for solo violin (with guests!), played on a series of historic instruments, and new works. Watch this space!
